The Councillor representing Ward 19, Ezhionum Kingdom, and Chairman of the Oil and Gas Committee in Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State, Chukwuemeke K. Victor, has announced a series of strategic appointments aimed at strengthening governance and improving service delivery within the ward.
